O-Ring in FEP

The Texpack® PTFE O-Rings, also called toroidal seals, consist of a moulded vulcanized round section ring. Thanks to their simple geometric shape, O-rings are the most viable and economical solution for a large number of sealing problems, both static and dynamic. The development of synthetic elastomers and special polymers provides O-rings an effective sealing capacity for all fluids, even in the presence of pressure. FEP O-rings consist of an elastomeric inner core and an FEP coating (fluorinated ethylene-propylene copolymer). The core gives superior elastic return to virgin PTFE O-rings, while the FEP coating ensures total chemical resistance, deformability and lower permemability. They come in both standard and special sizes.
