Metaltex 2BF

Metaltex is the Texpack® evolution for the assembly technology sector, guaranteeing high and long-lasting gasket durability. Metaltex belongs to the Texpack® family of flat gaskets reinforced with graphite, with a particular feature that increases the seal’s performance: the presence of an inner and an outer reinforcement ring. This solution minimizes fluid spread by exerting more pressure on the gasket. The inner steel ring also prevents the erosion of the inner edge, and infiltration between the plate and the graphite, thus preserving the gasket’s mechanical properties over time. The outer profile allows use of the gasket on both ANSI class 150 and 300 flanges, thereby allowing inventory standardization and minimizing installation errors.
