Flanges insulation kit

Texpack® supports its customers by providing specific products for equipment protection and flange insulation. The kits are designed to eliminate static currents that are created between two metals with different electrical potential, with corrosion and cathodic protection. The materials used for the manufacture of insulation kits have as a peculiar feature the high dielectric constant and the resistance to aging. The insulation kits are structured according  to  the  specific application, modifying the materials used to produce:

• pipes (spacers lining the flange rods)
• washers (which insulate the bolts from the flange)
• gasket (interposed between two metal flanges).
