CARBON

Packing composed of preoxidized PREOX carbon yarns impregnated yarn-by-yarn with very pure powdered graphite. It is inert in the presence of chemical agents with the exception of oleum, fuming acid, white-spirit and fluorine. It is resistant to hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acids.

Applications

Pumps, valves, agitators, in the presence of strong chemical agents, oil, water, air, alkalis, organic and inorganic products, salt water, phosphates, for sewage systems, boiler supply pumps and with corrosive gases, suitable for the petrochemical industry, refineries and power stations.
