Kepan packing

Kepan packings are made by winding heat resistant fabrics that have previously been treated with elastomers, cut diagonally into sections, wound round themselves and finally calendered. They have excellent thermal insulation properties and if exposed to flames they are flameproof and do not melt. The large diameter of the fibres makes them industrial items that offer the best guarantee of hygiene safety. They offer excellent resistance to organic solvents, acids, alkalis, oils and fuels. They are extremely robust, elastic and resistant to abrasion and tearing.
